If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 whom you have reason to believe has provided his or her own Personal Information to us, you have the right to request the removal of that child’s Personal Information from our database. In order to request such removal, please send an e-mail to updates@bayvrio.com. You will be required to verify your identity as the child’s parent or legal guardian in order to have their Personal Information removed.
California law permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If we have disclosed any personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information, along with the names and addresses of these third parties to you at your request.
